Family Visit Visa Query - Please help

Dear team,

I am trying to bring my sister in law in UK on family visit visa. I and my wife both are British national. i m currently permanent employee and my wife is house wife. We have two kids. One is 5 years and 2nd is 2 years old.

We have 2 bed maisonette houses with open loft which we are using as a bedroom.
My question is does 2 bed maisonette houses really effect on my sister in law visit visa application.
She is coming for one month stay.
We have enough saving to support my sister in law while she is in UK
Can someone please help me to answer my query?
