First Child Passport -Supportig docs

Hi
My son is born in UK and me and wife had been naturalised citizens at time of the birth (i had passport but wife only had naturalisation certificate). Please would you suggest which documents are required for first passport:

*i have seen the booklet that comes with the application form and gathered that we need to supply

1. brith certificate
2. my passport number
3. 2 photos (one signed)
4. name of his grandparents, their date of birth, and town and country of birth

is that sufficient or more to be provided?!
