FLR (o) more documents requested Please help

Hi everyone, My partner have been here in this country for the past 14 years, We now have two children aged 1 and half and 3 and half years old. I am under tier 4 visa doing PhD.
She sicked asylum which was refused but was told to keep reporting to the signing centre. Now we submitted another application using FLR(o) form as instructed by the solicitor.
The HO now came back requesting for a passport/travel document or national I.D card as well as the Health surcharge fees. the problem now is that her high commission cant issue her a passport or emergency travel document.
please, what can we do???, they gave us ten days to submit it and we have 6 days left.

I think you should submit the documents you have now and see how you can get her passport sorted,if u find a way which i believe will take more than the days left ,then you write a letter with document informing the home office that her passport is under process and that you will send it as soon as it become available. flr o or discretionary leave takes time . i have been waiting for decision since january application up till now despite the fact that i have visa when i apply for it.

We and the lawyer have reached agreement to submit what we have, paid the surcharge and did the bio-metric printing.
the lawyer will write a letter stating the reasons behind the non inclusion of the passport (for the second time). I hope it somes out positive in our favor this time.
