Hello
I am getting married in Sept in india.
Can i complete the online application form in July? I dont want to wait too long in case my spouse cant get appointment at the VFS office in Sept straight after we marry.
also the fees, does the form ask for payment card OR is it on the day they ask for the fees etc. and do the spouse needs to pay the health surcharge after the application OR during the submission?
the sponsorship undertaking form, is with attached with the Visa form OR is it to be filled separately to the form?

Since posting this, i have digged out that i dont need to complete Sponsorship undertaking form. but will appreciate if you could reply to my other queries. Just soooo confused.

Also, can i submit my application prior to getting married from UK itself on behalf of my spouse. We have a court ceremony where we will be registering our marriage and obtain marriage certificate and attach it with the supporting documents when my spouse goes to submit the application at the VFS office.

Please guide me

You can't submit the application until the marriage has taken place.
