Tier2 General extension with new employer and different SOC

Hello,

I am on Tier2 General with soc code 2136-programmers and software professional, my new employer is willing to sponsor me, he has done RLMT for 2135-Analyst and technical architects with proper salary,
My question is: can I get extension on this new soc code 2135, which is different from my current soc code 2136, job role is senior, is there chances of rejection due to this.

once you have a new unrestricted CoS you can make a change of employment application. The two jobs are in the same sector (IT) and it makes no difference that the new SOC code is not the same as your current one.

just updating you that my previous compnay's licence had been revoked, I am going to get sponosorship from new employer.
I am using below form for my new application, can you please telll me is this the correct form, if not then what form is used for change of employment

this is the correct form if you are using the premium service, otherwise you have to apply online.
