FLR(O) Waiting Times

Hi,

I have applied for an extension to an ancestry visa (FLR(O)) two weeks ago and haven't even received confirmation they have received it (I paid by cheque so think this would make it take a few extra days). Does anyone know the current processing times for these? Or a contact number in case I don't hear back in the next week or two?
