Do the Adequate Maintenance 2015/16 rule apply to Spouse Settlement visa's?

Only if you're exempt from meeting the £18,600 per annum earnings.

Exempt from the Financial Requirement under Appendix FM is where the sponsor is receiving a qualifying benefit. You may also only have to show adequate maintenance and accommodation where you were granted leave under Part 8 of the immigration rules before 09 July 2012.
