Father on ILR mother on spouse visa children visit pl help

Hi all I am on ILR and my wife got spouse visa last month I have two daughters who were born in UK but are in pakistan now with mother I will apply for their registration once they will be here in UK now I want to apply for my duaghters for visit visa under what category shoushould I apply for them and what documents should I send with application and any other suggestions for approval please .

I think you may well wish to apply for them to be registered. The are unlikely to be granted British visitors visa in their case.

Perhaps Section 1(3) application may be the most straightforward.

But registration and than right of abode is a lengthy procedure how u assume that they will not get visit visa , is there any other quick procedure for them to come to UK .

You could apply for settlement, or commence the registration.

Visit is not an option, as it will be clear to the ECO that they child will not return.

What if I explain to them that they will go on visit to UK and apply for registration there and will come back within visa limit and than apply for right of abode from Pakistan
