Tier 1 Spouse Visa

Hi,

I'm on Tier 1 Gen, and will be going for ILR in dec 2015.

My wife has break in her visa,her first Tier 1 Gen Dependent from Dec-2011 to Jan 2013 and second visa is from March 2013 to Jan 2016.

Please suggest is she eligible for ILR in DEC 2015 along with me?
