Switching Tier 2 to Tier 2 through TUPE

Hi Chaps,

I am in UK on Tier2 (General) since Dec 2011 working on a project. My company lost the contract to Company A this month. Now the customer still want to work with them and want me to come through Company A. And Company A want to do this transfer using TUPE.

questions,

1. If I move to my customer through TUPE, will that break my 5 years ILR cycle.
2. What are the things I need to take care while I am speaking to Company A regarding TUPE.
3. Will there any changes on my family visa as an dependents.
