NHS Surcharge For FLR M Application

NHS Surcharge For FLR M Application

My wife was issued a SPOUSE VISA in July 2013 (application was made in 2012) - her current spouse visa will expire in April 2016 - I wanted to know does she have to pay for the NHS Surcharge when you applies for her visa extension FLR M application in March 2016?

The NHS Surcharge will be £500
(Casa, not CR001)
