English Language Test for Dependant

Hi,

I am applying for ILR early next month and I am confident of obtaining it.

My wife will be applying for VISA as dependant after I obtain my ILR. She is an Indian and she has to apply from outside UK. She has a bachelor's degree taught in English. Is this sufficient to prove English language test to apply for dependant visa or she definitely has to pass IELTS?
