i have one urgent question. i'm on tier2 general visa expiring in end of june 2015. i'm going to apply for extension in next week. under my contract i'm entitle of 25days paid holidays per year. however i have taken 42 days of holidays in 2012 and 44 days holidays in 2013 in TOTAL. these extra holidays (17days in 2012 and 19 days in 2013) were also paid holidays as i have worked my all lost hours during weekends when i came back to work.
So my question is do i save from below rule of home office and can i apply comfortably in next week? please reply asap.
26.20 If the reduction in salary is due to the migrant being absent from work without pay for
30 days or more during any 12 month period from 1 January to 31 December, other than
for the reasons listed above (whether over a single or multiple periods), you can’t
continue to sponsor them and you must report this using your SMS account.
