Redundant Tier 5 Charity Worker Visa Reapplication

I am Philippine Passport Holder. I have T5 Charity Worker Visa that expires on March 10, 2016 (12 months cap). My Sponsor wants me to volunteer at their school for another year.

I want to know if I can reapply the same kind of Visa (for March 11,2016 onward) in the British Embassy** in Paris on December while having a Schengen 30day tourist visa.
