Tier 2 with spouse dependent: forgot to submit marriage cert

Crap. Coming from Canada. My wife and I just mailed our visa application (hers is dependent on mine). We have a sponsor certificate that states she is sponsored with an appropriate amount along side my own. Buy we forgot to include our marriage certificate.

Are our visa applications likely to be rejected? Will the visa office request this document? If rejected, is there appeal process, or are we stuck having to apply again through the lengthy and costly normal process?

If you got any reference number of the application you submitted , use that application reference number and send the marriage certificate at earliest possibility to same postal address and explain them that you missed to submitt it.

if they reject you might have to make a fresh application and a new cos from your sponsor to be issued. you cannot use the same cos.

i would suggest you to send the marriage certificate at earliest possibility.
