Switching Jobs (Currently on Tier 2 General)

Hi folks,
I am currently on Tier 2 General Visa and leave to remain till Nov 17. I was wondering if I want to change jobs I believe I have to apply for Tier 2 ICT ? I remember I had a hard time switching from Tier 4 to Tier 2, would it be the same pain (employers not willing to sponsor) if I want to switch jobs or it would be slightly easier provided I have Tier 2 so employers see I am already a skilled person ?
Any help much appreciated.
