Exploring Tier 2 ICT to Tier 4 and switch to Tier 2 G

Post by jumjoe29 » Mon Jun 22, 2015 11:28 am

Hi Team,

i am exploring few options for my long term in UK, current Tier 2 ICT visa expires Jan 2017 (5 years complete) and wife's current salary <32k as per her NQF Level 6 code (Sales & Business Development) to switch and apply for Tier 2 G visa outside UK.

In this situation, is it possible to consider enrolling her to 1 year FT MBA programme by switching to Tier 4 visa from outside UK and i apply for Tier 4 dependant in UK once she returns, post her 1 year MBA we plan to then switch her back to Tier 2 G visa from current employer hopefully meeting >32K salary requirement due to MBA profile upgrade and i will apply for Tier 2 G dependant visa or myself look for a Tier 2 G main applicant sponsor which we know is tough but not impossible.

I do need some advise from expert out here before i go to any solicitors and pay for 1st consultation etc.

Please assist.

Many thanks,
J
