Hi Everyone, I seek to put this question in front of this excellent forum which has always helped someone or the other in clearing their doubts.
I am applying for my son's visa as Tier 2 General dependent born here in the UK. With respect to the maintenance letter my employer has provided me the letter certifying the maintenance for the period mentioned in the requirements.
The literature mentioned on the letter is written in the following manner:
'We confirm that XXXX (Company Name) certifies maintenance for each dependant joining Mr XXXX for the purposes of their entry clearance applications as the dependants of a Tier 2 (General) migrant.
XXXX (Company Name) undertakes to maintain and accommodate Mr XXXX's dependant until the end of the first month of their leave to enter the UK if necessary.
XXXX (Company Name) is an A-rated sponsor and has certified Mr XXXX's maintenance on the certificate of sponsorship.'
Now the question to the experts on the forum is whether the above text is fine for me to go ahead with the application or does it needs to mention the figure of £630 as mentioned on the website i.e 'You won’t need evidence of your savings if you have a letter from your fully approved (‘A-rated’) sponsor saying they’ll provide one month’s funding of at least £630 for each of your dependants.'
I would request if the experts can answer my query mentioned above as I need to go for the premium visa service early next week.
Thanks
