Tier 2 General Extension Postal application form

Hi Manci and Experts,
i was wondering if someone can help me.
i have gone through the policy guidance and the UK gov website, my sponsor is ready to assign the COS and i will be making an extension postal application. but i'm bit confused with the new website all i could find is the paper form for premium service. i cannot find application form for postal Tier 2 general application.

So for in country tier 2 extension applications is there not paper form anymore and can only apply online? i just wanted to double check with someone in the group before applying and last thing i want is to submit incorrect application form.
