US Citizen holding UK ILR wants to be resident in Spain

Hi there!
I am a US Citizen and have a UK ILR. I have a partner that is a UK citizen.
I want to obtain residency in Spain as a non EU citizen. What is the easiest, least expensive way of obtaining a Visa to live indefinitely in Spain?
Please advise.

How long have you lived in a relationship 'akin to marriage' with your partner?
