DLR Holder Can Sponsor Their Relative And Travel

If everybody participate in this Blog will be really helpful
A person Granted DLR (Failed Asulum Seeker) can he send sponsor to Their parents, sisters or other relative like other visa
also
DLR (Failed Asylum Seeker) Can he travel to his home country, Face any problem when he come back

if more person in same situation share their experience will be much appreciated

I just seen my solicitor and come back and raise some basic question

1. Can I travel to My home country
He said you can but preferable not to go until ILR or Nationality
he explained me in recent practice and extension of DLR failed asylum if he travel they are interviewing on extension

2.Can my wife travel
Same answer preferable not to go until ILR or Nationality

3. Can I sponsor
No. ( if I did and they refused then in future application there will be problem)

Can I apply my National Passport
same above answer preferable no. because on ILR they can raise query that My country authority allow me so there is no fear and can take interview

When can I apply ILR Nov 2017 or May 2018
he said May 2018 or 28 days before is preferable

Can I travel to any other country
Yes

Can I apply travel documents
Yes if my country decline and give me in writing that they cant

Essentially, based on this advice, you can't travel if you don't already have a passport from your own country. He has advised against applying for your country's passport, but the only way you can apply for convention travel documents is if your country declines in writing. No travel documents, no travel.

actual intention to raise this thread is
DLR based on failed asylum can he travel or not
and solicitor advise not to travel
but i want to travel he said on ILR there can be complication start if travel to ur national country

No i don't have Pakistani passport
i also don't know whats the procedure to apply it
when i came in uk on that time i dont have any kind of passport

Dlr...u can travel....dere is no worry when coming back...as u were not given Ref status or Humanitarian protection etc....n u were given Dlr as a discretion...to get d pasprt is simple step....call pak embasy in london. Birmingham, manchester, bradford or any other f deir office located near ur place...normally dey ask for copy f old psprt n if u lost it...policcc rport... I hope u were issued wid a psport before....dat wil b an easy proces...but as u said u never had ur psport...den it will be bit difficult....and if dey refuse u...u can apply for travel documnts from HO

It seems you have good knowledge of Pakistani Passport which mean you might be from Pakistan

first of all
I called on Pakistani high commission in UK no one Pick the phone
Secondly
I heard you can only see them to book an appointment first and they are fully booked until January 2016

I have only thing available Pakistani Shanakhti Card which is expired 2010
rest i don't have anything
i called Pakistan nadra and they said pakistani old passport is compulsory to amek new NICOP or New passport
can you please suggest me next good step

Yes...i am....according to this info....if u have a expired id...first u will have to get a new one and den only u wil be issued wid a MRP...But i believe in ur situation u shud be able to get it. Well, as u know dey have many consulate around Uk...u can get in touch wid dem....n yes, i remember now things are bit diferent ...thanx...to rahman malik...good luck... N few families i know..traveld...on dlr and didnt have any problem

Only problem is everywhere they need valid ID card not expire
Can i see them without appointment
If i tell them i have lost my passport is it helpfull
