Regd: ICT short Cooling off period

Hello Team,
Currently I hold ICT2 short term VISA valid from 15th August, 2015 14th August,2015.
I have few queries regarding the cooling off period
1. I heard that the cooling off period(12 months) was removed from this year onwards(from April, 2015- Immigration rules)? If there is no cooling off period, can I come back to UK in September,2015 with new ICT2 short term VISA?

As per the latest rules, cooling-off will not be applicable only for those whose CoS was issued for 3 months or less. Yours seems like was issued for a year. Hence, cooling off will apply to you.
