Family member of eea national visiting eu national country

Hi I'm non eu family member of eu national who visited her eu country from UK. on arrival in eu state got time wasted n address taken where I would be staying.


Later after 2 days,, local Police visited to confirm if i was at that address or no ?! And said they r doing as Non eea family member is from RISK COUNTRY I.E Pakistan etc



Non eea travelled there with eea family member i.e spouse.



WERE MY HUMAN RIGHTS BREACHED ? TRAVLLED TOGETHER I SHOULDN'T BE UNDER IMMIGRATION CONTROL? CAN I SUE THAT EU STATE FOR BREACH OF ANY KIND OF DIRECTIVE ??

They shouldn't do like that because a lot EU countries themselves very risky like Romania, Bulgaria and Slovakia

But which EU country you visited??
