Hi all,
I need some help and advise. Last month I reported the loss of my and my daughters BRP to the police and then the home office as required. I received a mail from them informing me that the permits have been cancelled. Thereafter, my wife and daughter had to go back in an emergency to India, and I relocated to Birmingham. While packing for the relocation, I found the residence permits. My daughter (4yrs) has travelled to India without the permit. I have a couple of queries I need some advise on:
i. Since I found the BRP at home itself ... what needs to be done...?
ii. When making the application , what documents can I submit? The documents asked for proof of Identity are council tax bills , utility bills , Tenancy / mortgage letters ... I have just recently shifted to Birmingham and have a new address where I am not paying the bills ... in this case which documents must I submit...?
iii. What do I need to do in order to get the Replacement BRP for my daughter who is currently in India?
Any guidance on the above will be very helpful...
Thanks & regards
