Switching Tier 2 general in just 1 month with lower salary

Hi Experts,

My friend has recently been granted 3 year Tier 2 general visa first time (from outside UK). However, soon after he joined he ran into problems with his employer, now it's been 1 month since he started job in the UK.

Now he wants to change the employer. Fortunately, he found new sponsor but they offered less salary (35% lesser than current pay) but the salary is inline with the SOC code.

The question is - Can he change the sponsor in just 1 month with less salary, with Unrestricted CoS? Will there be any issues as changing job in just 1 month and also with lesser pay?

Please share your thoughts.

no issues with less pay.. un restricted cos with RLMT needed. as long as the salary is above the rate described, he should be fine.
