Tier2 Labour market Exemption Question

Can someone please help me with the following query:

I have done my Bachelor's here in Uk and then I got Post Study work VISA(PSW) after which I married to Europon National and Got my EEA2 Visa. I got my Job in UK based on EEA2 Visa almost a year ago.

Now I am thinking to Apply for Tier 2 Visa and my company is ready to give me sponer letter for Tier 2.

My question here is that whether my company have to do Labour market test before issuing me a tier 2 sponser letter? or being a settled worker and ex Uk graduate they don't need to carry out Laobour market test.

Any help in this matter will be highly appreciated.

You are not exempt... the only exemption in this case would be if the job is on the shortage occupations' list.

you are not settled worker.
you are not ex graduate. you are either a graduate or you are not a graduate.
you are not exempt from rlmt for tier 2 sponsorship.
