Today I've called "Enquiries from European citizens Telephone: 0300 123 2253" and like I was expecting this person wasn't very helpful.
There was one think...this person after heard that I've filled out the form (I'm EU citizen working in UK)for my wife which is not EU he was really pushing to do it again and this time OUTSIDE of UK.
I'm wondering what is the different if the application is filled out by my in UK or by my wife outside??is it a another way of to discourage you to apply?how many of you really did an application outside when you are already in UK??
