how long does it take them to contact my wife to pick up the visa also will they give her back my original document i sent to her ?

I thought they normally do give you reasons for refusal?
docs missing, docs not legitimate, OR unhappy with marriage docs OR relationship proof?

Then you should have waited until you had 6 months worth of payslips and statements for your two jobs instead of mixing new jobs with ex job. (just my personal opinion, may not even be the reason).

Did your spouse met english language requirement?? did you supplied proof of that?

Did you give your employment contracts and letter?

were the bank statements original?
