Questions about HO letter delivery

Hi Guys,

I just received my Visa BRP card today. However, my approval letter and my passport documents are still not received.

I wonder if Home Office will always send the decision letter separately from the passport documents?

Is there anyway I can contact Home Office to confirm when were my decision letter and other documents sent from them?

they are always sent separately. The other mail should arrive within a week.

It is normal that the BRP card arrived earlier than other mails?
