what is the difference between Tier 2 Restricted and Unrestricted COS

What sort of Cos required for Tier 2 extension as I need to help my sponsor

What is the best day to apply for COS. as there are some days that application help for next month ?

Hi

You need unrestricted CoS and it can be assigned to you by your employer anytime if they have allocation. They must also ensure they did RLMT inline with HO guidance before assigning one.

Those who apply Tier 2 from outside the UK need restricted CoS

if it is an extension, i.e your SOC code remains the same, the employer doesn't need to do an RLMT.
