my case little bit complicated i wish i get help here i'm non EEA and married from EEA country and living in UK
i have got 5 years EEA family member residence card expire next year but i lived with my wife only one year here in England and we are separated now i have child from her but we didn't divorce yet just separated i'm with my girlfriend and she is British and i also have son from her British as well what i can do to renew my residence ? home office know that i'm separated from my wife but next year i will be living here for 5 years... what i can do i can apply for leave to remain and can have permanent residence ? please help me because i don't know anything about that
