Citizenship query

I got ILR on 19 March 2015. When is the earliet I can apply for citizenship; is it 19 March 2016 or 28 days before then?

Do you have to show certain amount in the bank before making an application? If so, how much and for how long?

There is no 28 day grace period for citizenship. So, the earliest you can apply is 19th March 2016.

There is no earnings or employment requirement for citizenship, but you may want to read the good character requirement very carefully as that is the grounds for most rejections.
