EC rights

Hello to everyone,

I would like first to thank you for this nice forum, and for your help in advance.
i first searched the forum in order to find if there were a section for EC rights and after not finding it
i decided to write here my question, appologizing in advance if i posted it in the wrong place.
I am an Israeli citizen, have studied medicine and graduated in italy, did the country state exam and
got a licence to practice in italy.
I am living here since almost 10 years and have an'italian girlfriend, but we are not married.
I was wondering if based on this information i can apply to GMC with EC rights, if maybe someone
have had similar experience and can help me to have an'idea about what he did in order to complete
the proccess i will be very thankful.
