FLR M - Submitting Old Property Inspection Report

Hello there
I am going to submit a FLR M extension application for my wifes spouce visa soon.
Will there be a problem submitting my property inspection report which is dated 2013 and used in previous application? Nothing has changed regarding to the house in terms of size of rooms - only a small baby is a new member of the family.
Would you advise that I submit a new report or would it be ok for me to submit the old report.
