Tier 2 General - Salary

Hi,

Just a quick one. Once a Tier 2 General visa is granted, does a migrant's salary need to be continuously reviewed in order to stay in compliance with code of practice? Or can the employee stay on originally agreed salary and only needs a raise if code of practice demands so at the time of an extension application?
