Tier 2 General extension - Urgent

Hi Forum,

Grateful if you could answer my query relating to the change of Job Title for a migrant worker under Tier-2 category.

My current Job Title QA MANAGER falls under 1136 (Information technology & telecommunication directors)category. My Job title and role has now changed slightly, reflecting my experience.
I was QA Manager and now I will be an Quality Analyst under the SOC Code 2139 (Information technology & telecommunications).

My Queries are : Now I have my extension due. I am with the same employer.

Can my employer do the COS with SOC Code 2139.
Does he has to do the RLMT for the same.
Do I need change in employment COS or extension COS for the same.

I would request and appreciate your valued feedback on this.
