I came to the UK 23 december 2010 with a right reside spouse visa. I have received my ILR in 2013. I visited my country in 2013 from the 22 June to the 9 Nov to see my family. Please tell my when can i apply for a British passport. Thank you for your help.

i wanna make sure i have 3 years in uk .
and my wife is britsh

thanks for your help but is make me worry is i send nearly 4 month holliday .

Well if you arrived in the UK on a spouse visa in 2010 you have more than 3 years residence. As Wanderer has said, you need to apply for and be granted British Citizenship before you qualify for a British passport.

Step 1 ) apply for naturalisation once you meet all requirements, including KOLL, good character and acceptable absences (etc).

Section 2 covers the permitted absences.

Step 2 ) If successful & naturalised, apply for British passport.
