Dear All,
I am on ILR since last year and my wife received her 30 months visa on basis of 10 years partner route (BRP cards say No Recourse to public funds), I am working 34 hours a week, and receiving Child benefit for my son, All I want to know Can I apply for Child tax credit and housing benefit on basis of hours I am working. And what's the procedure to apply ?
Thanks

Varied application to SET LR 3.3.14
Biometrics done 24.3.14

Tax credit should be claimed in joint names and child benefit in your name only. Here's a link to the tax credit calculator
https://www.gov.uk/tax-credits-calculator

Housing benefit entitlement can only be calculated for yourself and your son.

Are you asking whether your wife is included in the household for council tax, then yes she is.
