T2 ICT (Short Term-1yr) + (Long term -3yrs+2 yrs) to ILR

Hi Experts,
I have been staying in UK since Feb-2013 till now. I came initially on ICT Short Term Staff-12 months visa, after completing 12 months I went back and came back after 2 months on 3 years ICT Long Term Staff (which is extendable to 5 yrs).
Now my question after Feb-2018 (assuming i will be extending till 2019) will I be eligible for ILR application considering that fact that I will have been staying in UK for continuous 5 calendar years with a gap of only 60 days?

Unfortunately, No. T2 ICT visas issued after Apr-2010 are not eligible for ILR.
