Greetings
I intend to apply (from Lebanon) early next year to join my spouse in UK.
I do however have something recorded as a misdemeanour on my file: (bullet point) my mobile number found in a third party's phone
who happened to be arrested.
-following investigation it was concluded that said case had nothing whatsoever to do with me.
-I was drug tested as part of investigation.
- tested positive for cannabis use(no possession).
-penalty was a fine from a court since it's related to the third party's case
How to declare/explain? Would be considered as a criminal offence? Or merely cannabis consumption?
