Hi, I am a Tier 2 holder and my fiancé want to come and we were planning to get marry here but i dont know where to find all the requirements to comply for this application. My fiancé is currently in the Philipines can someone HELP PLEASE.

Marry outside UK, and then apply for entry clearance from Philipines as PBS dependant.

I am currently Tier 2 holder and I will be applying for my ILR next year february 2016 and im going to get marry by april 2016, Is it possible for my fiancee to apply as my dependant after we get marry?

Yes,

but which immigration rules will apply to your spouse will depend on your immigration status on the date of your spouse's application.
