Crap, wrong card number

Just saw I submitted a wrong payment number, or rather, I have the last digits missing

Any chance to submit my correct card number or will they straight away send it back as invalid ?

Bad luck, they will send it back to you, you will have to send it again, it happend to me, I waste in all 3 weeks for that reason.

Fourth application sent 21.07.17
HO received 24.07.17
Paid on 25.07.17
Biometrics 23.08.17
COA received 07.09.17
Passports received 07.09.16
Status: Decided on 10.11.17
Documents returned 13.11.17 dated 09
RC 13.11.17 dated 09

I rang the home office first thing (shocking, wasn't even waiting but got someone on straight away) and he suggests that payments currently take 4-6 weeks and is worth sending a cover letter and a new page with payment details.

Off to the post office now ..
