Hope everybody is all good.
I was holding a T4 student visa, I graduated from an Art University in the UK this Summer with a bachelor's degree. I have been trying to apply for a job in the past three months, but unfortunately I wasn't offered any job and my T4 student visa was expired at 30th Oct 2014. So I have just returned back in my country (ouside the EEA).
Few days ago, I had an interview with a London based company through skype and the company is considering to offer me a job as well as a sponsorship. So... I just wondering whether I can still switch my expired T4 students visa into T2(General) working visa? or I have to apply for T2 (General) visa directly?

I have checked the T2 migrant ploicy guidance (at page 27).... it has mentionsed that my sponsor will be exempt from doing a resident labour market test if I am at the Tier 4 students/previous student categories... I'm not quite sure what does the previous student mean?

Sorry.... Do I still need to submit a maintenance document to prove that I have £945 in my account at all times over the 90 days period if my sponsor is a fully A-rated sponsor?
Sorry for the long questions. Thank you very much in advance for your help and answers, Thank you

Kind regards.
