Tier 2 visa+ marraige visit visa. Please help.

Hi
Sorry for being a bugger Im just being thorough.
My tier 2 visa will end this january 2016 so I need to apply before it will expire probably december 2015. My question is my fiancie wants to come here and we were going to apply for marriage visit visa does my application of my tier 2 visa will be affected?
