RLMT check

Hi
My firm is doing RLMT to be able to get RCoS for tier 2 general for me .. I want to confirm that if these dates are fine:
Date Posted: 13 Jul 2015
Start Date: 8 Jul 2015
End Date: 7 Aug 2015

My worry is even though end date - start date is more than 28 days but end date - 'date posted' is not 28 days. Will this be a problem?
Bit worried so want to check with experts.

Hi ankjain,

The advert must be available for whole application period (from start date to end date) or at least 28 days. If this not met, your RLMT will not be inline with the guidance hence your visa/ RCoS application may be rejected.
