Hi.i submitted my eea(fm) application of unmarried partner in 11th march 2015 and got acknowledgement 15th.After that i married with same partner in april and send eea(fm) under married partner with all supporting documents of my wife e.g marriage certificate, pay slips, job contract..proof of address etc etc in orignal. Dated 14 april. Got acknowledgement letter 20th april.
We are still awaiting for certificate of application. As we have not receive any bio matrics as well. As according to new rules those who will submit their applicstion after 6th april must give their bio matrics but we have not receive any thing.
Our soliciator already send reminder emails and did call regarding my coa but still no news..it is 3 months now of my srcond application.

Hi guys here s my story im South African my wife Polish we ve been together 9 years married for 7 years we got married in South Africa came to uk together 2008 April i applied for a spouse visa got and was only for 1 year there after i applied for a residence card got it in 2010 we lived here in the uk just over 4 years we got 2 kids together we left in 2012 to go and live in South Africa for good unfortunately things didnt work out at home and we returned in 2014 after 1year and 7 months we started working straight away this year in April i got a well paid and permanent job my RC was only valid till 7th of July 2015 i applied again for a RC.Sended my application 22 of June HO received 23 June money taken 24 June i got a letter of acknowledgement and biometrics {1 letter } on the 1st of July did my biometric on 2nd of July in the mean time ive lost my job coz ive still not received a COA im so angry dissapointed with my application i did send a cover letter with a request of right to work from my employer while my application is in process.The HO is so arrogant and inconsiderate how am i suppose to pay nursery for kids car finance rent council tax ect.Believe me im so fuming atm moment not bothered how long application takes just want a COA and my case is straight forward really we ve travelled alot together as well :evil: :x :cry:
