Hello,
My brother just received a rejection letter for a family visa visit to the UK from high commission. He used to live in the UK for about 8 years as an international student before he returned to Uganda because home office refused to renew his visa and asked him to leave the UK. Before he returned to Uganda he submitted multiple appeals to the Home office trying overturn the decision but he was unsuccessful and he eventually returned to Uganda voluntarily.
My brother has been living in Uganda for about a year and half ever since he left the UK.
So recently he applied for family visitor visa to come and visit me and other relatives in the UK for about 2 weeks but he's application has been rejected on the grounds of a chance that he might stay in the UK and not return home to Uganda as he claims, since he has submitted multiple appeals in the past while still in UK trying to overturn the home office decision asking him to leave the UK.
He's planning to to reapply for a family visit visa and genuinely has no intention of staying in the UK as he has a permanent job in Uganda and also getting married in the next few months to his fiancée in Uganda.
Is there anyway my brother can prove that he has intentions of returning to Uganda after he's two week UK holiday? For example submitting some new evidence? He has already submitted an invitational letter from me and a letter from his employment and thinking of submitting he's engagement photos.
Thanks in advance,
Blex
