Tier2 Dependant Visa

Hi
I completed my MS here in UK sometime in Feb and got Tier2 sponsored in March. I am getting married and my husband to be is working in Chennai.

Is there any condition my husband can't apply as a Dependant immediately. He has never been to UK before.

He may apply immediately when he becomes a husband, but not while he is still a husband-to-be.
