The only to do that is to form a company where other people (one or many but not Tier 2 migrant(s)) own 90% of the shares in that company along with your 10%. The compnay then applies for a sponsorship licence, assign you a restricted CoS, and then you may apply for entry clearance (from outside UK) as a Tier 2 (General) migrant.
AFAIK, restricted CoS cannot be issued without RLMT unless exemptions apply so doesn't "assign you a restricted CoS" mean that all requirements for rCoS have to be met including RLMT?physicskate wrote:You would also need to pass the RLMT.
