Hi My husband is on wokr visa (ict short term)
I am on dependant visa and i am working as a ayurveda practitioner in UK
I am planning to start a new company on my own and start practise
Please help me with below qns
1.Can i start a company when i am in dependant visa?
2.If i start it , can i be sponsored based on that company?

You cannot own more than 10% shares in the company that sponsors you.

The only to do that is to form a company where other people (one or many but not Tier 2 migrant(s)) own 90% of the shares in that company along with your 10%. The compnay then applies for a sponsorship licence, assign you a restricted CoS, and then you may apply for entry clearance (from outside UK) as a Tier 2 (General) migrant.

AFAIK, restricted CoS cannot be issued without RLMT unless exemptions apply so doesn't "assign you a restricted CoS" mean that all requirements for rCoS have to be met including RLMT?

Yes, but I just wanted it spelled out for the OP. Not sure how much they already know about the process... This is essentially a pipe dream IMHO.

You don't need to be sponsored as a dependant.

Are you a senior care worker?
Would these be the sorts of duties you would carry out?

If so, this job is not allowed to be sponsored because the job is not highly skilled enough.

You can only be sponsored for jobs at NQF 6 or above (although there are a few exceptions on the shortage occupations' list). Those advertising that type of role can be sponsored are mistaken...
