Discretionary leave and EU Visa

Hello I'm a Pakistani National married to my British wife, after going through so much pain and patience I finally received my Discretionary leave to remain just few weeks ago.... I'm just ovr the moon really sigh*
I have two questions now:
1, Can I apply for ILR in 5 years time or 10 years ( How would i know )
2, I want to travel to Spain so what documents do I need to apply for Shengan visa as pakistani national whats the procedure.

10 years.

A person will normally become eligible for consideration for settlement after completing 120 continuous months (10 years) DL providing any application for further leave has been made in accordance with section 3C of the Immigration Act 1971 (as amended). See IDI Chapter 1 section 5.0 for guidance. The application will be considered in the light of circumstances prevailing at that time.

2, I want to travel to Spain so what documents do I need to apply for Shengan visa as pakistani national whats the procedure.
